Shrimp Linguini

Time for yet another good ol’ Taste of Home recipe–and this one makes you sound like such a gourmet cook.  Don’t you think of some fancy restaurant by the Mediterranean when you hear “shrimp linguini”? Just don’t tell anyone that this is actually a really simple recipe.                  

What you need:
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup (or more) water
Lemon and orange zest (optional)
3 or 4 tablespoons flour
Salt to taste
1 lb. shrimp
 Linguini

Blend juices, oil, water, zests, and flour in a blender.  Cook over medium heat until mixture reaches desired consistency.  Towards the end add the shrimp (I cut them up because people in our household tend to pick out any large chunks of shrimp!).  Combine half the sauce with the the linguini, then pour the rest over top.  Sprinkle with parsley or some other dried green thing in your cupboard.
